I honestly don't know why I don't draw octopuses more often, I don't think you guys really realize how much I love them. ;_; And because I work with marine livestock, having one as a pet would be a very easy reality for me....the problem is that their setups tend to be very specialized (because they are escape artists and you'll see them strutting across your floor if you have even the slightest amount of space they can squeeze through), and saltwater fish in general are very expensive for a broke college student who's trying to save money for life and stuff. ): They also spend the majority of their time in hiding, so I would hardly ever see my little buddy. ;_; still...I want one so badly~
Have you ever had those slumps where you keep drawing, but you really, really hate the pictures you finish? Or you stop halfway through and you're like, "wow, this sucks. I shouldn't even bother finishing"? Becaaaause....that's pretty much my life story, but it's been happening even moreso lately and I don't really know why. D: finishing this and being somewhat pleased has helped, but I still feel kinda weird about my art lately.
OH WELL, BACK TO COLORING LIKE A FIVE-YEAR-OLD <3
