@_@ I have been in such a drawing slump lately.
This is the first thing I've been able to finish since the t-shirt contest entry...and it was really difficult to motivate myself for some reason. I haven't had this happen to me in a really, really long time~

I have other stuff I really need to work on, but I hafta get back into my groove first ;A; I haven't even been sketching in class at all, and that's really a first for me, I think.

(Basically, my criteria for this was "draw a shiny anime girl with ridiculous hair". LOL. The sketch was actually a lot more detailed than this...but then I realized that I'd have to color it. Also, I hate drawing poses that hide the hands...sad day~ )

And yes, it's almost the same design that I used here:

I had to make some minor adjustments though ;u;

Ah, I tried using GIMP a long time ago, but my old computer couldn't handle it, hahaha. I use Pait Tool SAI now <3
